“ We ordered thin crust, pizzas, two of them, and picked them up. That would be nice if they would deliver within a 5 mile radius, but that's not what they do so that's OK too. Our guests from Wisconsin were visiting us and said these were the most incredible pizzas they've ever had. Nice work oregano's. We've been back many times and we will continue to be back. “ Came here Friday night on a suggestion from a friend, Wait was pretty short considering it was 7 of us and it was sorta busy. We sat outside under the heaters but it felt nice. We started off with the calamari, which was actually pretty decent, fried and crispy. My plate came out not long after, and it was absolutely jumbo. The chicken parm was a big plate. Two pieces of breaded chicken covered in marinara sauce and melted cheese. The fettuccini was not quite al dente, but I enjoyed it anyway.. the evening was nice and the food was great and I was in good company while in Tempe for the weekend. Will definitely return to try another delicious plate off the menu. ”
“ Love oreganos!! Always the best pizza, pasta, and salads you can ask for. Make sure to get a Pizooki, the smell of the cookie as it comes to your table will literally make your mouth water. The environment is amazing - multiple indoor/outdoor seating areas. Our server looked like Elsa the Disney Princess and was an ANGEL but unfortunately I can't remember her name!! We chatted all about her Europe travels with her mom and it was just such a sweet evening. Will definitely be back. ”
“ This has always been a favorite of mine for big portions and family style eating! My all time favorite dish that I get every single time I'm there is the Big Beefstro salad! Best salad I've ever had - a great sweet Serrano pepper spicy dressing with loads of shaved ribeye beef slices. Today, we also ordered the Hakuna Piccata and the Clark Sreet meat pan pizza. My friend absolutely loved the Hakuna Piccata and finished every bite of it. The pizza was good but I've had better pizza here before (see below). We closed out with two pizzookie desserts with vanilla ice cream!!! So so good!! In the past, I've had the El Diablo pasta with chicken and with shrimp. Can't go wrong with either meat. The tomato chipotle sauce is incredible! And there was a little kick to it! I absolutely love this dish. Another favorite dish I've had in the past is the Big Rig Pasta with chicken - I'm not a fan of tomato sauce but this dish also has their tomato chipotle cream sauce and it was yum yum so good! In the past, I've had the Bistro Classic pizza, thin pizza. This has a white sauce - which was super super good. I also really like thin pizza - theirs was crispy but not overcooked! ”
“ I first ate at an Oregano's over 15 years ago when I was in town for work. I loved the thin crust pizza and the salads. I came back 5 years later on a girls trip with my college roommates and it was just as good. I am in town for work and decided to bring my daughters with me for a little getaway and since we were staying close by, we stopped here for dinner. I was hoping it was just as good as I remembered...And it was! We came after 8:00 and there was no wait which was great for us. Our waitress Esmeralda was incredible! She was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about the menu. I wanted the thin crust which I got, but my kids like a thicker crust, so they got the pan pizza. They also got two kids orders of pasta and talked me into an order of garlic bread. We shared the Caesar salad which was great. I didn't get pictures of the pasta garlic bread or Salad because we ate those so quickly, but they were good! If you like parmesan cheese topped on your pasta, never fear because they have a ginormous tub that your server will happily spoon out of to your heart's content! I'd rename this place OreganGOs cuz you should go here! ”
“ This joint is really cool! I love the bar area (it feels like an old school Italian restaurant) and the outdoor seating is nice if the weather cooperates and you don't bake before your pizza does... But I didn't get pizza - at the bartenders urging I went with the El Diablo Pasta with chicken over the Ragin Cajun and the Alfredo the Dark. It was pretty darn good. A little different than my normal orders. I liked the flavor of the chipotle cream sauce and how they sliced the chicken so thinly! It made the chicken just soar up the flavors better. I think the cheese may have been a bit overpowering but otherwise it was a worthwhile dish. Bummer that my bread was rock hard. Was looking forward to scooping up the last bits of sauce with it. Overall this place is quality and I think the menu makes it really hard to pick between several tasty options. The pizza also smelled/looked fantastic! ”
